Thomson Reuters has partnered with Icertis and Accenture to advance enterprise-wide contract management. The collaboration integrates Thomson Reuters’ CoCounsel, its generative AI assistant, with Icertis Contract Intelligence to streamline contract processes, strengthen compliance, and accelerate business decision-making.
By embedding AI-driven review, drafting, and analysis into daily workflows, the solution is designed to reduce legal bottlenecks and enhance strategic use of contractual data.
