SB Software has appointed Filip Sosnowski as its new CEO, succeeding founder Claus Rasmussen. Rasmussen, who has led the company since its inception 13 years ago, will remain as chairman of the board and company owner. Sosnowski brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Greentube and STS Gaming Group, where he oversaw product and international business development. In his new role, Sosnowski will focus on continuous platform and in-house tools development, aiming to provide tailored solutions for sports betting and online casino operators. Sosnowski emphasized the company’s commitment to maintaining its strong market position in Africa, Poland, and Georgia, while also seeking to expand into new regulated markets.
