Orfanos currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commerce at Toast, where he leads strategy and execution for its SaaS and hardware products. With over two decades of experience in product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, he brings a strong background in scaling SaaS businesses. Joe Walsh, Chairman and CEO of Thryv, said, “Lou is a valuable addition to our board, given his impressive track record of scaling high-growth SaaS companies that serve the SMB market.” Before Toast, Orfanos played a key role at HubSpot, growing its Sales Hub into a top CRM platform for small businesses.
