ServiceNow has agreed to acquire Armis in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $7.75 billion, marking a major expansion of its security portfolio. ServiceNow operates an AI-based platform that helps enterprises manage workflows across IT, security, and business operations, while Armis provides cyber exposure management and cyber-physical security across connected environments.
The acquisition will combine ServiceNow’s security workflows with Armis’ real-time asset discovery, threat intelligence, and risk prioritization to create an integrated security exposure and operations stack. The deal comes as organizations increase AI adoption and face growing cyber risks, with global information security spending projected to reach $240 billion in 2026. ServiceNow expects the transaction to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
Amit Zavery, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow, noted, “ServiceNow is building the security platform of tomorrow. In the agentic AI era, intelligent trust and governance across any cloud and any asset are non-negotiable.” Armis Co-founder and CEO Yevgeny Dibrov said, “Together with ServiceNow, customers will have a powerful new way to reduce their exposure and strengthen security at scale.”
