The integration spans application development, workflow automation, and regulated use cases across sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, while operating under centralized governance through ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower. ServiceNow said it has already deployed Claude internally to more than 29,000 employees, reporting significant efficiency gains in sales preparation and engineering tasks.

Bill McDermott, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceNow, stated, “ServiceNow with Anthropic is turning intelligence into action through AI-native workflows for the world’s largest enterprises.” Anthropic Chief Executive Officer Dario Amodei added, “The way to get much better results is to make AI an integral part of how you get work done — woven into the whole range of things workers do every day.” The companies plan to jointly deliver industry-focused solutions, including AI-assisted claims authorization and research analysis.
