LivePerson, a provider of enterprise conversational AI for large-scale customer interactions, has announced that Ryan Vardeman has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Vardeman brings experience in finance, corporate strategy, and investment management, particularly in the technology and software sectors. As Co-Founder and Principal of Palogic Value Management, L.P., he has also served on the boards of BSQUARE Corporation and INTEVAC. LivePerson said the appointment aligns with its strategy to strengthen operational performance and advance both shareholder and customer priorities.
