PandaDoc has announced a leadership transition aimed at accelerating product development as demand grows for smarter agreement and workflow automation tools. Co-Founder and longtime CEO Mikita Mikado has moved into the role of Chief Product Officer, where he will lead product strategy and execution full-time, while Keith Rabkin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mikado will remain on PandaDoc’s board.
The company stated that the change reflects its next phase of growth, with increased emphasis on innovation for small and mid-sized businesses navigating tighter resources and rising operational complexity. Rabkin brings more than three years of experience at PandaDoc, having previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and President, where he led operational improvements and helped build a scalable growth framework.
Mikado stated, “As PandaDoc has scaled, it’s become increasingly clear where I personally create the most value,” adding that product innovation is where his “energy, curiosity, and impact are strongest.” He also added, “I have full confidence in [Keith’s] leadership as CEO.” Rabkin said that small businesses are under increasing pressure to do more with fewer resources, and their software must rise to meet those demands. He added that with Mikita focused on product and Sergey leading the technical foundation, the company is well-positioned to deliver the next generation of agreement and workflow automation.
