Uniphore, a business AI company with a composable platform for enterprise AI adoption, has closed a $260 million Series F funding round at a $2.5 billion valuation. The round included strategic investments from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures. The funding will accelerate innovation on the company’s Business AI Cloud, which enables large enterprises to build and deploy AI agents securely while maintaining control over data and workflows.
CEO Umesh Sachdev said the raise is notable because it brings together financial investors with leading AI and data infrastructure companies, stating, “This unique combination of capital and strategic alignment validates Uniphore’s position as the Business AI leader.” The company has seen increased adoption from Fortune 500 organizations, driven by its focus on usability, governance, security, and enterprise-scale deployment.
The investment deepens Uniphore’s partnerships across the AI ecosystem and supports real-world use cases in sectors including finance, insurance, media, and retail. Customers such as KPMG and Konecta use the platform to automate workflows, improve service consistency, and accelerate AI-driven decision support.
NVIDIA’s Hemant Dhulla noted that Uniphore enables organizations to “unlock meaningful business outcomes, while maintaining control of their data and workflows.” The company’s recent acquisitions of ActionIQ, Infoworks, Orby AI, and Autonom8 further expand its capabilities in enterprise data management and AI agent orchestration.
