Nscale, an AI cloud provider specializing in large-scale infrastructure and GPU orchestration, has announced a major expansion of its collaboration with Microsoft. The agreement will deliver approximately 200,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs across Europe and the U.S., making it one of the largest AI infrastructure deals to date.
The deal, supported by Dell Technologies, aims to accelerate the rollout of Microsoft’s AI infrastructure with a focus on scalability and sustainability. Deliveries will include around 104,000 GPUs at Nscale’s 240MW hyperscale AI campus in Texas starting Q3 2026, and 12,600 GPUs at Portugal’s Sines data center beginning Q1 2026. “This agreement confirms Nscale’s place as a partner of choice for the world’s most important technology leaders,” said Josh Payne, Founder and CEO of Nscale.
Building on prior collaborations, including AI supercomputing projects in the UK and Norway, this initiative further advances transatlantic technological cooperation under the UK–U.S. Tech Partnership. Payne added, “The pace with which we have expanded our capacity demonstrates both our readiness and our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and providing our customers with the most advanced technology available.” Jon Tinter, President of Business Development and Ventures at Microsoft, stated, “Together with Nscale, Microsoft is delivering advanced AI infrastructure for our customers.”
