Intuit, the American financial services and software company responsible for QuickBooks and TurboTax, has announced a strategic partnership with the globally ranked managed services provider Xperteks. The New York-based MSP is joining the QuickBooks Solutions Provider (QSP) program in an effort to deliver cloud service solutions for small to mid-sized businesses as they migrate from QuickBooks Pro and Premier desktop software to QuickBooks Online services. Intuit will provide additional capabilities for Xperteks’ professionals to support the imminent shift of QuickBooks Pro and Premier from single purchase licenses to fully-online subscription-based software.
Based in Palo Alto, California, Intuit has developed QuickBooks into an integral part of financial management for SMBs across the U.S., making it one of the most popular accounting software solutions in the country. As part of its focus on digital transformation efforts, the company is encouraging its customers to move their financial management systems to QuickBooks Online, which is set to replace the desktop software suite completely within the next few years. Intuit’s partnership with Xperteks could be a sign of future expansion of its MSP services as cloud migration accelerates across industries.
