GlobalLogic has announced a series of leadership appointments as part of changes to its executive structure. Sumit Sood has been named Chief Synergy and Transformation Officer, a newly created role focused on coordination with Hitachi and GlobalLogic’s VelocityAI initiatives. Ethan Matyas has been appointed Chief Delivery Officer, taking responsibility for client delivery and program execution, while Vishal Anand becomes Chief Operations Officer, overseeing global operations and delivery assurance. Vikas Kaul has joined the company as Chief People Officer, where he will lead talent development and workforce strategy.
CEO Srini Shankar said, “Their collective expertise and leadership will be pivotal in helping us navigate the next inflection point in our industry and achieve our strategic goals.” Sood highlighted his expanded mandate, stating that he will continue leading GlobalLogic’s AI transformation and comprehensive AI-powered service offerings while driving an integrated approach to agentic AI development.
