BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners, Microsoft, and MGX have jointly launched the Global AI Infrastructure Investment Partnership (GAIIP), aimed at enhancing data center capabilities and energy infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for AI technology. GAIIP seeks to mobilize $30 billion in private equity capital, which could generate a total investment potential of up to $100 billion, leveraging both equity and debt financing to drive AI innovation and economic growth.
