ServiceNow has expanded its strategic relationship with FedEx Dataworks to develop AI-driven supply chain capabilities that integrate operational intelligence, automation, and network performance insights. By combining FedEx Dataworks’ supply chain and economic data with the ServiceNow AI Platform, the initiative aims to create workflows that anticipate disruptions and improve sourcing decisions.
The initial phase will focus on integrating FedEx Dataworks intelligence with ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay Operations to help organizations detect supplier issues earlier and reduce risks. Paul Fipps, President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow, stated, “Together with ServiceNow’s single system of intelligent action, we’re pushing the boundaries of AI to help customers turn real‑time insight into action, powering intelligent supply chains that anticipate, adapt, and act at the speed of their business.”
FedEx Dataworks, which provides intelligence and analytics across the FedEx network, will also participate in a multi-year initiative to establish joint innovation hubs and shared engineering resources. Vishal Talwar, Executive Vice President and President of FedEx Dataworks, highlighted, “Supply chains are the heartbeat of global commerce. By combining FedEx Dataworks’ economic and supply network intelligence with the ServiceNow AI Platform, we’re giving that heartbeat superpowers, empowering enterprises to stay ahead of change, move with intelligence, and lead with a level of precision and agility that simply wasn’t possible before.”
