Fastly, a U.S.-based edge cloud platform provider, has announced changes to its executive team, including the appointment of Scott R. Lovett, its current Chief Revenue Officer, as President, Go-to-Market. This newly created position will combine Fastly’s revenue and marketing operations under Lovett’s leadership, with Chief Marketing Officer Albert Thong reporting directly to him.

Chief Executive Officer Kip Compton stated, “Scott has provided exceptional leadership and go-to-market transformation in his first year. This expanded role will give him an opportunity to have even greater impact. The leadership changes are aimed at strengthening internal alignment across customer-focused functions and positioning the company for sustained growth in a competitive market.
