Docusign has announced that its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform is now available within Anthropic’s Cowork application, allowing enterprises to create, review, send, and manage contracts through natural language prompts. The integration enables teams to move beyond document summaries to directly execute contract-related tasks, including drafting agreements from templates, routing them for legal review, and triggering follow-up workflows across departments such as sales, procurement, and HR.

By connecting Docusign’s system of record to Cowork, businesses can search agreements, identify expiring contracts with specific clauses, apply AI-suggested redlines aligned to company policies, and generate compliance reports without leaving the AI interface. Built on the Model Context Protocol, the connector incorporates authentication and permission-based controls to support secure data access and privacy.
