The company plans to use the funding to expand Augie, its AI-powered teammate designed to manage freight from order to cash. Already supporting over $35 billion in freight under management across major shippers and brokerages, Augie aims to streamline operations by handling quoting, billing, delivery, and collections while reducing manual work and fragmented processes.

Its multimodal capabilities allow it to interact across transport management systems, financial platforms, and load boards, to minimize operational overhead. The company said it will hire over 50 engineers to advance Augie’s AI-native infrastructure, long-term memory, and reasoning capabilities for freight.
