ASGN President Shiv Iyer said, “We could not be more excited to deepen our partnership with Salesforce. This collaboration is a prime example of ‘being our own best credential.’ By applying and scaling agentic capabilities within our own business, it allows us to accelerate similar outcomes for our clients.” One of the company’s first internal applications involves using Agentforce to build a Recruiter Agent that automates sourcing and matching workflows for AI and IT talent, an example of how the alliance aims to scale agentic use cases across the enterprise.

Salesforce executives emphasized the role of collaboration in delivering the “Agentic Enterprise” vision. Jim Steele, President of Global Strategic Customers & Partners, stated, “Salesforce is eager to support ASGN’s pivotal role in delivering the Agentic Enterprise vision for our customers. By integrating Agentforce, ASGN will build intelligent ecosystems where AI agents and human creativity seamlessly converge, accelerating innovation, delivering transformative AI solutions, and driving customer success.” Salesforce’s Executive Vice President for Agentforce and Data Cloud, Kaylin Voss, added that the combined strengths of both companies will help organizations operate “faster, smarter, and with greater customer-centricity.”
