Appspace, a company focused on workplace experience solutions, has announced the promotion of Pete Schmied to Chief Executive Officer and Holly Grogan to President, as part of efforts to scale its workplace experience platform. The company integrates communication, collaboration, and workplace management into one system to help organizations improve engagement and streamline operations. Both Schmied and Grogan bring deep experience within the company, having held key leadership roles that shaped customer and employee experiences.
Schmied stated, “As I step into the CEO role, my mandate is clear. Customers want fewer tools and faster value. Appspace sets a higher standard by unifying communications, intranet, digital signage, and space management, and reporting on progress, not promises.”
Grogan noted, “Employees need one place to get relevant information and act. We will keep raising the bar for customer satisfaction while giving our teams the focus and resources to build the best workplace experience platform.” Tony DiBenedetto, Executive Chairman of Appspace, commenting on the recent promotions, said, “Pete and Holly know this business and our customers. They will take our bold vision for what the workplace can be into its next chapter.”
