Adobe has announced the general availability of AI agents designed to transform customer experience management and marketing operations. Anchored in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), the new Agent Orchestrator enables contextual reasoning, multi-step planning, and adaptive responses, with a “human-in-the-loop” refinement process.
According to Anjul Bhambhri, Senior Vice President of engineering, Adobe Experience Cloud, “Our agentic AI innovations are elevating customer experience orchestration by reimagining processes, unlocking productivity for marketing teams and delivering personalized experiences at scale to drive growth.”
Brands such as Hershey, Lenovo, Merkle, Wegmans, and Wilson Company are deploying the technology to streamline operations and drive measurable outcomes. The agents will be integrated across Adobe’s enterprise applications, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Out-of-the-box agents include Audience Agent for segmentation, Journey Agent for campaign design, Experimentation Agent for performance testing, Data Insights Agent for analytics, Site Optimization Agent for website upkeep, and Product Support Agent for customer assistance.
