Customer Insights
“If we urgently need to deliver humanitarian relief in a new region, we can ‘copy and paste’ the platform into that region, rapidly supporting the finance, procurement, and HR needs in that region. And because it’s all in the cloud, we could literally have one person there with a laptop connected to Unit4, and operational very quickly. This makes Medical Teams much more responsive to humanitarian events as and where it occurs.” – Stephen Dean, IT Director, Medical Teams International
“We chose to stay with Unit4 ERP for our cloud journey because we’ve been with them since 1998. We’re very comfortable with Unit4 ERP and find the solution very versatile. It works well for our processes, gives us the ability to do things how we want, and create the efficiencies we need. There was no need to look at any other suppliers for moving to cloud – it didn’t make sense to do so.” – Michelle Williams, Finance Systems Manager, University of Salford
“Cloud deployment ensures we are compliant with international standards or global regulations and policies. It also makes us confident we can provide business continuity.” – Rainelda Ampil, ERP Team Lead, Global Green Growth Institute
“When Unit4 ERPx was demonstrated to us, we felt this freedom. It showed us that smart things don’t need to be complicated. With barely any customization, we could combine process automation with a great user experience. There were no issues with the migration at all.” – Ammara Ghulam, CFO, IO Interactive

Unit4 focuses on three key areas where they strive to make a significant difference as a cloud software company: education and employability through digital skills and inclusion (SDGs 4 and 1), health and well-being (SDG 3), and climate change and environmental sustainability (SDG 12).
Here are some of their commitments:
- Their cloud software is already carbon neutral and will be 100% powered by renewable energy by 2025.
- They have introduced a recycling scheme for hardware and electronic appliances.
- They will embed sustainability in their sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring their suppliers are socially, legally, and ethically responsible.

Act4Good brings everyone at Unit4 together to positively impact society and their wider communities through volunteering, fundraising, and challenges with social and environmental purposes.
