Balaji Sreenivasan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Balaji Sreenivasan is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and board member at Aurigo Software Technologies. Balaji has played a critical role in shaping Aurigo to be a modern enterprise cloud software business that is helping infrastructure owners worldwide build a better tomorrow. Balaji spends his time helping define our product strategy, visiting with customers, and developing future leaders at Aurigo.
Balaji is a mechanical and aerospace engineer with a deep understanding of enterprise software, blockchain, and AI-ML technologies. Balaji is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, the University of Florida, Gainesville, and the Harvard Business School.
Kevin Koenig, Chief Revenue Officer
Kevin has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, business development, and product management for software product businesses. At Aurigo, Kevin leads all revenue-generating functions, including sales, pre-sales, account management, proposals, and channel management. He sets the overall go-to-market direction, customer retention strategies, and helps evangelize cloud technology solutions for capital infrastructure and facility owners. Prior to Aurigo, Kevin held senior executive positions at Sasken Communications Technologies, Lucent, and Ascend Communications. He participated in his first startup when he joined Stony Brook Software in 1992. Kevin is an alumnus of the State University of New York, Oswego.
Marisa Landez, Vice President, Global Human Resources
Marisa spearheads the development and execution of Aurigo’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design, culture, learning, and development. She partners with senior management at the firm to create innovative workplace, performance, and talent programs aimed at increasing employee engagement while enriching their professional development. Marisa has 20 years of rich HR experience in consulting and technology areas such as human resource infrastructure and technology, compensation, benefits, and career guidance. Most recently, she led HR for Frost & Sullivan, a multinational business consultancy, implementing talent strategies across four global regions. Marisa is a psychology graduate from the University of Texas, Austin.
Manish Sharma, Senior Vice President (SVP) Engineering
Manish plays a vital role in shaping and leading product strategy, development and management, solution engineering, and cloud operations. He is responsible for guiding and directing Aurigo’s business processes and setting up a robust enterprise-wide IT system. Before joining Aurigo, Manish worked in various leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Alcatel-Lucent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Rajasthan University and has completed an executive education program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Pete Olds, Vice President, Professional Services
As the Vice President of Professional Services, Pete directs strategy and execution for Aurigo’s global delivery organization, focusing on providing outstanding consulting services to our customers. Before joining Aurigo, Pete spent over 20 years delivering high-quality solutions for clients in various consulting leadership and delivery oversight roles with CGI and Accenture. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans and has completed MIT xPRO’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Program.
Richard Craemer, Vice President, Marketing
Richard leads the company’s marketing team, responsible for understanding the challenges faced by infrastructure and facility owners and sharing Aurigo customers’ success stories. Richard has worked in technology since the dot com boom of the late nineties, consulting on web-based initiatives for some of the largest corporations in the Northeast, including Goldman Sachs, UBS Group, and AT&T. A veteran of high-growth companies, Richard has held leadership positions in the AEC software-as-a-service space for over a decade. Richard’s team focuses on building customer-centric marketing programs that create raving fans. He is an alumnus of the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Heramba Hegde, Vice President, Finance
Heramba is in charge of finance and compliance for Aurigo’s international operations. In addition to this, he manages all investor relations, legal requirements, and other administrative functions for the company. He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, transfer pricing, banking, forex, US GAAP, regulatory and consulting domains. At Aurigo, he has been instrumental in supporting all fundraising activities, ensuring financial compliance, and reporting in all three geographies. Before joining Aurigo, he was a part of Price Waterhouse Coopers’ (PWC) audit and compliance team.
