Sampson will oversee revenue strategy and execution as the company works to strengthen adoption of its platform, which combines identity, device, and access management for modern workforces and AI-enabled environments. JumpCloud said the move supports its effort to simplify IT and security operations for customers while building a stronger commercial foundation for long-term growth.

JumpCloud Chief Executive Officer Rajat Bhargava stated, “Shianne is a rare leader who combines deep operational rigor with a profound commitment to people and leadership development.” Sampson brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales and customer organizations through periods of expansion and operational change. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Eventbrite and previously held leadership roles at New Relic, Zenefits, and Yelp, where she founded Yelp University.

Sampson noted, “There is a massive opportunity to win the unified platform narrative,” adding that her goal is to help customers consolidate workflows “into a single console” while creating a global operating model that supports faster growth without unnecessary complexity.
