KnowBe4 has appointed Kelly Morgan as Chief Customer Officer, tasking him with overseeing the company’s full customer lifecycle, including Customer Success, Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services. Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Bryan Palma, Morgan will focus on delivering measurable outcomes, strengthening retention, and enhancing long-term customer value as the company expands its presence in human and AI risk management.
Palma said, “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and welcoming Kelly to our leadership team reinforces our commitment,” adding that Morgan’s experience building high-performing teams and driving retention will be instrumental in the company’s next phase. Morgan brings more than 20 years of executive experience leading customer success and post-sale operations.
Morgan most recently served as Chief Customer Officer at DocuSign and previously held leadership roles at Sykes, in addition to founding consultancy Seven TwoSeven. “I am excited to join KnowBe4 at such a critical time in cybersecurity,” Morgan said, noting the company’s established position in Human Risk Management and his goal of helping customers achieve measurable reductions in human and AI-driven risk while maximizing platform value.
