Tricentis has announced the appointment of two senior executives, naming Jason Bliss as Executive Vice President and President of Business Operations and Todd Horst as Chief Growth Officer. The company said the additions strengthen its leadership team as demand accelerates for AI-enabled software testing and quality engineering. Bliss will oversee post-sales operations, including customer growth, professional services, support, international operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

He joins from SolarWinds, where he spent more than 17 years and most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer, focusing on growth, value creation, and risk management. Tricentis Chief Executive Officer Kevin Thompson said, “Ambitious plans require ambitious leaders, and Jason and Todd each bring exceptional leadership experience and a proven ability to drive growth and operational excellence.”

Horst will lead Tricentis’ global go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives, with a focus on applying AI to improve efficiency and productivity. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Outtask and Consilio and later spent five years as a partner at McKinsey & Company, advising technology executives on sales acceleration and transformation. 

Horst said, “It’s never been more important to deliver long-term value and differentiated experiences to our customers and partners.” Bliss said Tricentis has built a strong platform and solid customer relationships, and that he is keen to strengthen the company’s operational base to support its continued growth. Thompson concluded, “With the addition of Jason and Todd, we are strengthening our structure and operational excellence to support Tricentis’ next phase of growth.”
