Aspect, a cloud-based workforce management software provider, has completed a CEO transition and formed a new independent board as it enters its next phase. Darryl Kelly has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and moved into a Strategic Advisor role, and Jeff Kupietzky has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer as the company begins a search for a permanent CEO. Kupietzky is an enterprise software executive who most recently served as interim CEO of Glassbox, a digital customer experience analytics provider.
In conjunction with the leadership change, Aspect announced a new independent Board of Directors chaired by Tom Manning, the former Chairman and CEO of Dun & Bradstreet. The board also includes Louis Summe, Co-Founder and former CEO of LiveVox, and Nicole Anasenes, a technology operations and finance executive who has held CFO and COO roles at ANSYS, Squarespace, and Infor. Aspect said the transition does not affect its services, delivery, or commercial agreements, and it plans to remain focused on workforce management capabilities spanning forecasting, scheduling, performance management, and employee engagement.
