Kinaxis highlighted that the strengthened executive team, including the recent addition of Mark Morgan as President of Global Commercial, positions the company to advance its supply chain orchestration strategy. Gaurav brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology companies focused on supply chain and enterprise software. He previously served as CEO of Planview and LLamasoft and held senior leadership roles at Blue Yonder and i2 Technologies. During his tenure at Planview, the company expanded its AI capabilities and revenue increased by more than double.

Courteau said, “Razat’s twenty-five years of experience in supply chain solutions, his proven track record in advancing innovation-driven growth, and his passion for developing high-performing cultures make him uniquely qualified for this role.” Gaurav commented, “I’m excited to join the Kinaxis team and return to my roots in supply chain,” adding that he plans to advance AI-driven decision-making through the company’s Maestro platform.
