Sapiens has completed a leadership transition following the close of its acquisition by Advent, shifting to private ownership and a new executive structure. After more than 20 years at the helm, Roni Al-Dor has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer. The board appointed Advent Operating Partner Mike Ettling as Executive Chairman, with Ettling also serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer while the company conducts a search for a permanent CEO.

Sapiens also finalized several senior leadership appointments aligned with its next phase of execution. Paul Wheeler has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, Ernesto Marinelli joined as Chief People Success Officer, and James Hannay was named Chief Revenue Officer. The company additionally created new Chief Customer Officer roles across its Life & Pensions and Property & Casualty businesses, appointing Tal Sharon and Sveta Hardak-Nissan to those positions. The updated leadership team reflects a focus on operational scale, customer alignment, and platform expansion as Sapiens continues to operate as a privately held insurance software provider.
