IRIS Software Group, an accounting, HR, payroll, and education software company, has announced the appointment of Chris Hall as Chief Product Officer. In this role, Hall will lead the company’s long-term product vision across its key sectors and advance its AI-first strategy.
Commenting on the appointment, IRIS Chief Executive Officer Jason Dies stated, “Chris’s leadership will play a central role in how we evolve our products and continue to meet the changing needs of our customers.” He also expressed confidence that Chris’s track record in product transformation and AI-driven innovation would accelerate the delivery of solutions that help organizations “manage complexity, stay compliant, and work smarter,” creating long-term value for customers.
Hall brings more than 20 years of experience in product leadership, intelligent automation, and large-scale transformation across startups and multinational companies. He most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Precisely and previously held senior product roles at Pitney Bowes, Imagitas, and Red Ventures.
