Workiva has appointed Deepak Bharadwaj as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, where he will oversee the company’s product and user experience organizations. He will be responsible for strategy and execution across Workiva’s AI-powered platform, which supports transparency and accountability across reporting and business processes. Bharadwaj brings more than 25 years of experience across product, design, and technology.

Workiva CEO Julie Iskow said, “Deepak is a proven leader with deep experience in scaling high-growth Enterprise SaaS platforms. Bharadwaj will focus on strengthening product strategy, enhancing coordination between product and go-to-market teams, and directing investments toward opportunities that improve ROI and customer value. His previous roles include leading Adobe’s Document Cloud product management team, where he launched Acrobat Studio, and contributing to the growth of employee experience products at ServiceNow. 

Bharadwaj noted his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “My focus will be on ensuring tight connectivity between our product and go-to-market teams, and strategically investing in the opportunities that maximize ROI and create customer value at scale.”
