IFS Nexus Black, the industrial AI division of IFS, has partnered with Anthropic to introduce Resolve, a new AI-driven tool designed for technicians in asset-intensive sectors such as aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and telecom. The collaboration combines IFS’s domain expertise with Anthropic’s advanced AI models to help frontline workers detect failures earlier and manage complex operations more effectively.

Kriti Sharma, CEO of IFS Nexus Black, stated, “Partnering with Anthropic is about more than just their best-in-class AI models, it is also their commitment to responsible, safe AI – that’s non-negotiable when serving industries where, some days, life is on the line,” adding that these industries represent “where the real AI revolution is happening.” Early results from the partnership have been reported. William Grant & Sons deployed Resolve to streamline plant operations, enabling predictive maintenance, and reducing emergency repairs. Engineers diagnose issues using audio cues, video analysis and sensor fluctuations, with the distillery estimating annual savings of about $11.13 million.
