Centric Software, a core brand of Dassault Systèmes known for its product lifecycle and planning solutions, has appointed Fabrice Canonge as its Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds founder Chris Groves, who will transition to a senior advisory role with Dassault Systèmes. Canonge will be responsible for accelerating the company’s strategic software-as-a-service roadmap and advancing its cloud-based, AI-driven product portfolio.
Canonge joined Centric Software in 2004 and has held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing as well as Chief Operating Officer. His experience spans nearly thirty years in enterprise software, with a focus on the fashion, luxury, and retail sectors, where he has helped expand Centric Software into 56 countries and build partnerships with major brands such as Hugo Boss, Lacoste, and ASICS.
Centric Software has broadened its solution suite in recent years, adding planning, pricing, market intelligence, product experience management, and visual assortment tools to its well-known Centric PLM platform. Speaking on his new role, Canonge said, “I want to thank Dassault Systèmes for the opportunity to lead Centric Software and am fully committed to accelerating the brand’s growth with end-to-end solutions that enable fast-moving consumer goods companies to navigate disruptions, scale and thrive.”
