Kaseya has announced the acquisition of INKY, a company known for its generative AI-based email security solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to midsize businesses (SMBs). INKY’s technology combines behavioral analysis, generative AI, and real-time user coaching to detect and prevent advanced phishing and impersonation attacks. Its contextual intelligence helps users identify potential threats directly within their inboxes, enabling safer communication.

Through this acquisition, Kaseya aims to integrate INKY’s advanced capabilities into its Kaseya 365 platform, enhancing enterprise-grade protection and offering a unified approach to threat prevention across its extensive ecosystem.
