Customers will gain enhanced visibility, accountability, and automated threat response within their Salesforce environments. The collaboration also introduces CrowdStrike’s AI analyst, Charlotte AI, into Agentforce for Security, allowing teams to investigate threats, coordinate responses, and execute remediation directly in Slack.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, said, “Together with Salesforce, we’re extending the power of the Falcon platform to protect mission-critical workflows and secure the next generation of AI-powered business.” Brian Landsman, CEO of AppExchange and Global Partnerships at Salesforce, added, “Our partnership with CrowdStrike ensures that our customers can build their agentic enterprises on Salesforce while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.”

Falcon Shield integration will be available through Salesforce Security Center and AppExchange later this year, while Charlotte AI will launch via Agentforce for Security and Slack Marketplace in the same timeframe.
