Flexera, a technology spend and risk intelligence company, has launched Flexera One SaaS Management, a consolidated platform designed to give organizations a complete view of their SaaS and AI application ecosystem. The solution combines Flexera and Snow capabilities for stronger discovery, optimization, and control. It comes as enterprises face SaaS sprawl, compliance risks, and “shadow AI.” Flexera’s 2025 State of ITAM Report shows that only 43% of respondents have full IT asset visibility, highlighting the need for broader discovery. Brian Shannon, Chief Technology Officer at Flexera, noted, “Enterprises are struggling with SaaS sprawl, the demands for stricter oversight and governance in the age of AI. Our unified Flexera One SaaS Management solution addresses these shifting challenges, especially as businesses integrate AI more strategically. With this launch, we’re redefining advanced SaaS optimization and reinforcing our leadership in the SaaS management market.”
