Icertis, an AI-powered contract intelligence company serving enterprises, announced that Co-Founder and CEO Samir Bodas will transition to the role of Executive Chairman after leading the firm for more than 15 years. Chief Operating Officer Anand Subbaraman has been appointed CEO. Since founding Icertis in 2009 with Monish Darda, Bodas has grown the company to nearly $350 million in annual recurring revenue and positioned contract intelligence as a core enterprise system, used by over one-third of the Fortune 100. “As I focus on my health, the time is right for Anand to step into the CEO role and take Icertis to the next level,” Bodas said, adding that he looks forward to partnering closely with him on future innovations.
Subbaraman, whose career spans senior roles at Oracle, BrowserStack, and Finastra, has led AI-driven initiatives and expanded key business operations during his tenure as COO. “I am honored to lead Icertis and our incredible team of Icertians to realize the company’s bold vision for the future of commerce – powered by contract intelligence,” he said. Lead Independent Director Penny Pritzker expressed confidence in Subbaraman’s leadership, noting Icertis’s position to advance enterprise AI and elevate contracts as strategic assets across industries.
