Trend Micro Incorporated, a multinational cybersecurity firm with operations in over 70 countries, has strengthened its partnership with Google Cloud to enhance protection across hybrid, multi-cloud, and AI-powered environments. The expanded alliance focuses on meeting sovereignty requirements, safeguarding both enterprise and consumer ecosystems, and advancing secure cloud transformation.

As part of the collaboration, Trend Vision One Sovereign and Private Cloud has been certified for Google Cloud Assured Workloads, offering enterprises protection for sensitive workloads across public, hybrid, and even air-gapped environments. Trend’s offerings, including Vision One, are now listed on the Google Cloud Marketplace to simplify deployment, while its Cloud App Security tool has surpassed four million downloads on the Google Workspace Marketplace. The companies are also working together to combat scams exceeding $1 trillion in global losses, leveraging Google’s Gemini models via Vertex AI to detect fraudulent images and SMS targeting consumers.
